This session updated industry participants on the status of the drafting of the next Sunshine Coast Council planning scheme, on the advocacy activity that had occurred since SCBC lodged the industry submission resulting from TT Series 5 and to seek feedback from members prior to the next SCBC presentation to Sunshine Coast Councillors relating to the submission, particularly focussing on housing availability, affordability, and lifestyle.
